電子申請服務全面升級

本中心推出全新整合性電子申請文件系統,現已實作於本校成績單及教務各類證明文件申請,由本中心研發之平台,整合金流繳費,提供一站式服務,讓使用者從申請、支付到認證都能享受流暢便捷的體驗。

The center has launched a new integrated electronic document application system, which has been implemented in the application of transcripts and various certification documents of the school. The platform developed by the center integrates payment and provides a one-stop service, allowing users to enjoy a smooth and convenient experience from application and payment to certification.

本中心提供委外建置專案諮詢服務,協助行政單位在規劃、開發、驗收及維運各階段進行完整自我檢視與規劃。即日起可透過「校務行政資訊入口網」申請,提升專案執行效能與品質。

The center provides IT system outsourced project consulting services to assist administrative units in conducting complete self-examination and planning at all stages of planning, development, acceptance and maintenance. Starting today, applicatioins can be submitted through the NTNU Information Portal to improve the efficiency and quality of project execution.

資料庫升級打造穩定環境

資料庫是應用系統穩定運作的核心元素,為因應資安漏洞、作業系統更新及硬體汰換等需求,本中心將進行資料庫升級作業。

The database is the core element for the stable operation of the application system. In order to address security vulnerabilities, operating system updates and hardware upgrade requirements, our center will conduct database upgrades.

教學服務ODF課程示意圖

ODF課程納入教職員訓練

配合「政府文件標準格式(ODF-CNS 15251)實施計畫」,本校自114年起將ODF數位課程納入行政人員訓練,113至116年間教職員需完成至少6小時ODF訓練。

In accordance with the 'Implementation Plan for the Government Document Standard Format (ODF-CNS 15251),' our university will incorporate ODF digital courses into the administrative staff training program starting from 2025. Faculty and staff are required to complete at least 6 hours of ODF training between 2024 and 2027.

為提升服務效率,本校資訊中心自113年6月起啟用AI客服平台,提供即時問答、技術支援,並持續優化語意理解與互動體驗,打造智慧化服務環境。

To enhance service efficiency, our school's Information Technology Center launch an AI customer service platform starting from June 2024. This platform will provide real-time Q&A, technical support, and continuously optimize semantic understanding and interactive experience to create an intelligent service environment.
