1. 申請書1份與二吋照片2張
    One original copy of application form with 2 passport-size photos
2. 護照(有照片頁)影本一份
    Photocopy of applicant's passport. 
3. 推薦信兩封 
    Two letters of recommendation written in English or in Chinese. 
4. 留學計畫書一份(英文或中文書寫)
    One copy of a study plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words) written in English or in Chinese.
5. 大學或研究所成績單英譯本兩份
    Two copies of English official academic transcripts (for undergraduate or graduate studies).
6. 研究計畫書一份(如適用)
  One copy of research proposal (if applicable)
7. 申請報名費100 美元
Application fee 100 USD.

請於以下申請時程內至填寫申請表後，
列印簽名後連同相關文件郵寄至本處辦公室。

Please fill out the Application Form during the scheduled period below, print the form out, add applicant's signature. and submit all the required documents BY POST to the Office of International Affairs at NTNU.

STEP 1: 自行與欲就讀之系所老師洽詢接待意願 (Consult the possible host faculties at NTNU)
STEP 2: 送交申請書及繳交報名費 (Submit the application & pay application fee)
STEP 3: 系所審核 (Screened by Faculties)
STEP 4: 學校單位審核 (Screened by Office of Academic and related offices)
STEP 5: 國際事務處核發入學許可函 (Admission Announcement)
