1. Taiwan Scholarship

● Undergraduate program: NT$25,000 per month; maximum 4 years
● Master program: NT$30,000 per month; maximum 2 years
● Ph.D. program: NT$30,000 per month ; maximum 3 years
● Application period: From February 1st until the end of March

2. Democratic Pacific Union (DPU) Graduate Scholarship

● For distinguished students from DPU member states
● NT$30,000 per month: 2 years for master program; 3 years for Ph.D. program
● Application deadline: the end of March

3. NTNU Scholarship for International Students

● For outstanding international students in NTNU
● NT$10,000 per month
● The scholarship is open for application twice a year. The student can be granted the scholarship for half a year, the period will be from January to June and from July to December.
● Application package includes a copy of the previous semester’s transcript.

4. Freshman Scholarship for International Students, NTNU

● For freshmen enrolled in a degree program
● NT$150,000 for graduate student, NT$100,000 for undergraduate student
● The scholarship is granted monthly for 10 months: NT$15,000 per month for each graduate student and NT$10,000 per month for each undergraduate student.
● Applicants must complete an application form and send it with other required documents to the university admissions.

5. Scholarship for International Students Recommended by NTNU’s Sister Universities

● For graduate students
● A stipend of NT$100,000 for the first year
● Tuition waiver, miscellaneous fee waiver and free dormitory accommodation for up to two years

6. Scholarship for International Exchange Students

● Scholarship varies with individual agreements between NTNU and its exchange partners
