How to register：
Step1：Please register online at http://ap1.sc-top.org.tw/Web/Tester/Login.do (New users should create an account first before registration!!)
Step2：After completion of registration, please make the registration fee payment before the deadline indicated. Below are the two methods of payment：
a. On-site payment: You can make the payment at the testing / promotion centers personally.
b. Postal Transfer:
(1) Download the Fax Form and fill out it. Download the Fax Form：http://www.sc-top.org.tw/download/PostalTransfer.doc
(2) Fill out the Postal Transfer Receipt at the Post Office.
