Professor Patricia A. Duff, Department of Language and Literacy Education, The University of British Columbia has visited Office of International Affairs, Mandarin Training Center and Institute of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language on May 5th.

Professor Chuang,the Dean of OIA hope to organise a summer study program for postgraduate students to UBC in the next summer. The intense course for three to five weeks may safe money for students who would like to study overseas. Prof. Duff visited Mandarin Training Center and Institute of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language afterwards, and looks forward to cooperating with NTNU in the fields of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language.
