A series of international culture fair activities, organized by the Office of International Affairs (OIA), will be launched on March 17.
OIA said that the activities, including introduction of different culture styles from Hong Kong, Macao, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and Nepal will be held along the Sunshine Boulevard on the main campus between March 17 and March 21.
"We would offer a chance for our international students to conquer their homesickness,¡¨ said Lee Yu-ping (§õ¥ÉµÓ), a staff member of the OIA.
"It is our end goal to tear down the wall between different cultures, different students from different countries.? It is like a one-big-happy-family thing and there is no fine line between each other,¡¨ she added.
During the culture fair, students would prepare the food, music and do-it-yourself activities or arts exhibitions which would reflect the features of their homelands.
