Dr. Chang in the University of Perugia, Italy visited the Office of International Affairs on December 27, hoping that the two universities can cooperate in the near future and sign a contract as Sister Universities. She believes that it is a great opportunity for Taiwanese students to study in Perugia, a medieval town in Italy, which can inspire artistic appreciation and provide a better understanding of European cultures.
