Established in 1998, the Institute aims on: seeking combination between digital image design and fine arts, researching on web interface (3D virtual reality) and interactive multimedia design, creation of digital content for creative industry of local culture, the study and instruction of design marketing and special topics on aesthetics, computer animation and visual communication.
